Randy NoExcuse

Randolph "Randy NoExcuse" Simmons Jr. — Founder & Director of Athletics at Excuse Killer Fitness.

Randy specializes in developing athletes who want to compete and perform at the highest level. Holding a bachelor's degree in Digital Communications and Exercise Science from Georgian Court University, along with certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), ISSA Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), CPR/AED, and First Aid, Randy combines evidence-based training with years of hands-on coaching to build stronger, faster, more explosive, and more resilient athletes.

Throughout his career, Randy has worked with athletes ranging from youth and high school competitors to collegiate, professional, and international professionals. His experience includes working with NBA guard Cole Anthony, professional basketball player Jaylin Sellers, international professional basketball player Darius Johnson, professional boxer Christopher Diaz, and sports performance professional Bryce Council. He has also trained Grammy Award-winning artist Tye Tribbett and collaborated with organizations and brands including Adidas, Gatorade, Red Bull, Rock'Em, CyiSoon, and the 50 Ways Foundation.

Known for his relentless energy, attention to detail, and results-driven coaching style, Randy believes athletic development extends far beyond the weight room. Every program is designed to improve strength, speed, power, mobility, injury resilience, confidence, and mental toughness while preparing athletes to excel both in competition and in life.
